1. The Breeder guarantees this puppy to be of sound health and temperament at the time of this sale. A health record of all shots and worming will be provided by the Seller.

2. The Buyer should have a licensed veterinarian examine the puppy (at Buyer's expense) within 72 hours of possession. If the puppy is found to be in poor health, a full refund of the purchase price or replacement will be given when available,upon returning the puppy within 72 hours.

3. The Breeder warrants the dog against life threatening congenital defects for a period of one year. A refund or replacement of the puppy will be given upon receiving complete health report from veterinarian.

4. The Buyer agrees to provide safe guards for this dogs well being, including but not limited to, proper diet, obedience, proper socialization, shelter, exercise, companionship, keep the puppy current on all vet care including shots, dewormings and heart worm treatment.

5. The Buyer agrees to contact the breeder immediately if any questions or concerns arise about the dog, such as housing, diet, health or training. The buyer agrees to keep the breeder informed of any treatment as it occurs

6. The Buyer agrees that if at anytime the dog can no longer reside with her/him, breeder will be given first option to take back the dog, no monetary compensation is given. If breeder does not want dog, a mutually agreed upon home will be found. This dog will not be surrendered to any animal shelter.
